I later discovered that the representative was a chatbot, but another person joined the conversation and continued sending unhelpful messages, essentially blaming me. When I attempted to reach out on other platforms, they flagged me instead of addressing my concerns. I tried Instagram, and they deleted my comments and never responded. This company seems very suspicious and has kept my money. They rely on flagging negative reviews on Trustpilot to maintain a positive image.
