I've been a loyal customer for a while and was always impressed with their service. However, my recent experiences have not lived up to that. With a recent order, it seemed like they took orders without confirming stock. When delivery was delayed without communication, my emails went unanswered. When they finally replied, my request to cancel was ignored. The new chatbot system has made communication worse, with auto-responses replacing genuine feedback. At the time of writing, I've been waiting in their chat queue for quite a while with no response. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service, and I may look elsewhere in the future.
