Avoid this company! In my opinion, you should not believe the positive reviews. As far as I am aware, they operate in Oxford, Coventry, and (apparently soon) Manchester. Wherever they operate - definitely avoid! In the initial contract, the rent was higher than in the listing and the date when I would be able to leave was not what had been agreed. When challenged the agent was rude and inappropriate over the phone. In my opinion, a horrible encounter and I am still shocked someone would treat a potential tenant in that way. If you are looking to rent, never rent from these people. If you are looking to rent out your property, never let them manage it - from my experience, they actively drive away business with how they treat customers! Overall (in my opinion) a sad parody of an unscrupulous landlord!
