We discovered a house listing online as a group and booked our stay through a virtual tour. The team accommodated our pet, and upon arrival, they agreed to our request for an in-person check-in at 6 pm. I was pleased with their hospitality.
Following my previous complaint: I've left the property, and unsurprisingly, the company is holding my deposit. They've claimed my room is unsatisfactory and that public spaces are messy. I anticipated this, as they were difficult to deal with from the beginning. I took photos at both the start and end of my tenancy to show the room's excellent condition. Other tenants and I have repeatedly complained about an Airbnb guest who caused messes, which I have cleaned up. This company is the most unprofessional I've encountered, and I hope to never deal with them again. I strongly advise against renting with them!
