I have been scammed from KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY. I have been contacted with their representative Vignesh K. They charged me with payment 920 NZD and now not delivered what they had promised. They told me my course would be instructor led but my portal showing something else. Upon asking they said it would be done by manually, but nothing done. When I am trying to call them they not even responding me over the phone. When I am complaining through email customer service team member questioning why I am sending email now to their colleague and arguing with me. The behaviors are unacceptable and stressful and unethical. Please don't book course with them, they are just charging money once you booked you can't do anything.
