Sraya idk who she is. Connects with me after a week of enquiry and then instead of texting me the details, she constantly calls me despite me repeatedly telling her that I m at work. When asked to send details so that if I m interested I will call to know more, she denies and rudely says only if u can call n talk, she will share details. Initial enquiry level if they r so rude, how can anyone trust them with upskilling journey.
Don't buy any SAP course in here unless and until you're just buying a course for knowledge. If you're getting it for help in your preparation, its useless. The service is as delayed as it gets, they barely know anything about SAP. Now do any of their "questions" help in the exam.
Monika Agarwal was great, the training was personalised and more conversant, like a good coaching session rather than a dry "Information session"> She share some of her relevant personal work experiences and listened to and discussed some of mine to help embed the learning in real like work experiences which will help me to carry this learning forward and continue to apply it effectively in my career.
I had to reschedule a course on short notice due to illness. I called in and the representative was incredibly helpful, putting me on hold to check and quickly confirming new dates. I didn’t expect the process to be this easy. Thank you!
Prior to enrolling in the ISO Lead Auditor course from this organization, I was assured by numerous representatives that it was a legitimate certification with market acceptance, but unfortunately, that was not the case. In the international market, this organization is primarily known for aggressive marketing and promotional outreach, but lacks credibility. During interviews with reputable companies and discussions with industry professionals, there was clear hesitation regarding its validity. It appears I have made a poor investment of my time, effort, and finances. I specifically inquired about their accreditation by international bodies, but they seem to manipulate answers to such questions. It's important to note that this organization is not recognized by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the International Accreditation Service, or UKAS. Furthermore, they are not approved by IRCA/CQI, which I found out when I applied for membership but my certificate was not accepted. As for the course quality, the content is lacking with no real-life examples or practical applications for better understanding. The learning system is user-unfriendly with minimal engagement, making it overly verbose. Although I know there is no compensation for my time and effort, I requested a refund, as advised by many professionals in the field, to redo the course with a properly accredited training partner, but it seems I won't be receiving that refund.
My experience with the service was very frustrating. The quality of training was subpar, delivered by instructors who seemed to lack real-world experience. Sessions primarily involved reading directly from a presentation, with no practical examples or real-life situations to aid in understanding the content.
What’s even more troubling is their lack of clarity. During the enrollment process, their voucher policy was not clearly communicated. Although the course is said to be valid for one year, I was later informed that the voucher would only be released if I made an additional payment, which was not disclosed initially.
Customer support was also lacking. Calls were seldom answered, and when I requested a callback, I instead received repeated emails asking for more money. There was no genuine effort to address concerns or provide assistance.
Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend others to proceed with caution and conduct thorough research before enrolling. Avoid falling victim to this institute.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I signed up for three courses with them. Initially, their responsiveness was impressive, regardless of the time of day. However, once payment was completed, all communication ceased. They truly feel like scammers. No replies whatsoever. Total waste of money!
My experience with the certification process has been extremely disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone. The training quality is lacking, and they have absurd policies that seem designed to extract more money from candidates, blaming them for not requesting the voucher in a timely manner. They are quick to collect fees when booking the course but seem to deliberately withhold the official voucher to place blame on candidates and demand additional payments. I suggest purchasing your vouchers directly from certifying organizations instead of this service. It has been the worst experience I’ve had with any educational institution.
Non-Payment Issue After Course Completion I collaborated with a training organization as an independent trainer, not as a student. I was contracted, signed their official booking form and terms, and delivered a comprehensive onsite training course for one of their corporate clients. After completing the training as agreed, I submitted my invoice. However, payment was refused, citing that the client had supposedly requested a refund due to 'negative feedback'. What I find unacceptable is that: I fulfilled the entire training day professionally and punctually. No formal complaint or evidence was ever provided to me. I was not given any chance to respond or defend my delivery. The refusal to pay was communicated unilaterally after the work was completed. As a contractor, you invest time, preparation, and travel, so being informed after delivery that you will not be compensated is extremely troubling. Regardless of client feedback, withholding payment without transparency or proof places all the risk on the trainer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend trainers and contractors exercise caution, ensure everything is documented, and be prepared for payment disputes even after meeting their obligations. This review is a reflection of my personal, factual experience.
