My experience with the certification process has been extremely disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone. The training quality is lacking, and they have absurd policies that seem designed to extract more money from candidates, blaming them for not requesting the voucher in a timely manner. They are quick to collect fees when booking the course but seem to deliberately withhold the official voucher to place blame on candidates and demand additional payments. I suggest purchasing your vouchers directly from certifying organizations instead of this service. It has been the worst experience I’ve had with any educational institution.
