My experience with the service was very frustrating. The quality of training was subpar, delivered by instructors who seemed to lack real-world experience. Sessions primarily involved reading directly from a presentation, with no practical examples or real-life situations to aid in understanding the content.
What’s even more troubling is their lack of clarity. During the enrollment process, their voucher policy was not clearly communicated. Although the course is said to be valid for one year, I was later informed that the voucher would only be released if I made an additional payment, which was not disclosed initially.
Customer support was also lacking. Calls were seldom answered, and when I requested a callback, I instead received repeated emails asking for more money. There was no genuine effort to address concerns or provide assistance.
Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend others to proceed with caution and conduct thorough research before enrolling. Avoid falling victim to this institute.
