Prior to enrolling in the ISO Lead Auditor course from this organization, I was assured by numerous representatives that it was a legitimate certification with market acceptance, but unfortunately, that was not the case. In the international market, this organization is primarily known for aggressive marketing and promotional outreach, but lacks credibility. During interviews with reputable companies and discussions with industry professionals, there was clear hesitation regarding its validity. It appears I have made a poor investment of my time, effort, and finances. I specifically inquired about their accreditation by international bodies, but they seem to manipulate answers to such questions. It's important to note that this organization is not recognized by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the International Accreditation Service, or UKAS. Furthermore, they are not approved by IRCA/CQI, which I found out when I applied for membership but my certificate was not accepted. As for the course quality, the content is lacking with no real-life examples or practical applications for better understanding. The learning system is user-unfriendly with minimal engagement, making it overly verbose. Although I know there is no compensation for my time and effort, I requested a refund, as advised by many professionals in the field, to redo the course with a properly accredited training partner, but it seems I won't be receiving that refund.
