I took a chance on a pair of boots and I regret it. The sizing chart is completely inaccurate — the fit is way off. The boots are very stiff, and the tongue causes discomfort. The double stitching on both sides makes them painfully uncomfortable. Additionally, this platform does not accept returns, offer refunds, or make price adjustments. Save your money and shop elsewhere where returns are allowed. These boots aren't worth the hassle.
