I've been shopping at this platform for about five years. I love the affordability of everything – I get most of my clothing and footwear needs here. It's motivated me to be more active, which is fantastic. While they don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the item isn’t as advertised, I’ve had that happen twice. Their customer service was courteous and promptly provided refunds for incorrect items. I highly recommend them!
