There’s no customer service to respond to my missing delivery. A week ago, I was notified that my package was out for delivery. After three days, it still hadn’t arrived or been updated on the tracking site. It finally showed as being reshipped but then reverted to 'Out for delivery' and 'In Transit' with no updated delivery date. I emailed twice about my availability to receive the package, but they haven’t responded. Customer service is essentially non-existent. Proceed with caution.
