Ordered some last minute items for our vacation, wrote the customer service team and asked if there was any chance I could get my order out a little faster, they wrote back the next day and said they would. Wasn't holding my breath b/c most companies promise the world only to let you down. I received my order yesterday with 3 days to spare. Very impressed with these guys and their service.
