Very pleasant experience when I got out of bed this morning. Very calming. I wasn’t able to do this while I was at work but as soon as I came home, I did a second session. I actually have a lymphatic suit that I use because of chemotherapy and cancer that I had a year and a half ago. I have been released from using the lymphatic suit and I thought it would be fun to try this app out. I will be seeing my doctor next week and I’m going to introduce him to it!
