Somehow got signed up after doing a survey, not sure how and now I can’t seem to be able to stop them taking even more money. I didn’t notice it with the Christmas purchases and I’m already £150 out of pocket for something I don’t even have a log in for. No customer support. Am having to ask my credit card company to assist. So beware!
It was easy to remember the exercises and I noticed how tight my neck and shoulders were and how relaxed I felt after releasing the tension. I also noticed my digestive system has improved. Thanks for your app, it’s so easy to stick with the program😁
Exercices provided are average. Not terrible, but not enlightening either. When you buy the program, it is not clear at all that this service is subscription based. You start thinking it's going to be a one off fee of $19,99 USD, then 30 days later you are charged for $39,99 for the month and even if you cancell a few minutes after being charged, they won't refund you in full (they refunded 50% of the payment).
Don't get sucked into this company. They automatically subscribe you when you asked for a refund they don't give it back. I couldnt afford it. Now cant buy food for my family. Paypal refuses the refund as leaply automative system makes it look like you subscribed when you didnt.
Absolute scam. Don't touch with barge pole, will sneakily rob you £75 per month, £330 they have scammed off me. No mention in their FAQ'S of how to cancel, no where in the app.
Please be aware that this is an expensive subscription.
A low introductory price which I thought was for a month of guidance. I was then hit with a £50 reoccurring monthly fee!
Customer service were not interested.
Save your money, this information they send is most likely available to you on YouTube.
The Leaply team are helpful and encouraging. The short exercises are very helpful for completing on a busy day so this makes them do-able so I would recommend this. Read the small print though around costings.
Best wishes to all.
This company set off fraud alerts from my bank, trying to take large amounts of money beyond the subscription fees from my card, even though I cancelled the subscription when I realised I had just paid money for something completely different to what was advertised on Instagram. Really concerning practices.
I received a credit card notification for a pending payment of £74.99. I checked their website, I don't have an account with them. I called the credit card company and discovered 2 further payments had been taken (the last on 24 Dec, so I likely missed its notification and I was out of the country for the Nov payment). I realise I am getting on a bit, but I do not know this company and I certainly wouldn't have signed up to a £75 per month subscription. Perhaps I may have been interested in a one off course (of which I have no recollection & no information), but I certainly wouldn't have signed up to a monthly subscription - who has £75 per month to reset their vegas nerve! I can't understand how they managed to sign me up for something I have little or no interest in. I'm not questioning the validity of the site, that's not for me to comment, but I was shocked to see these payments. I have taken up with my credit card. As I don't have an account with them, I've been unable to enter their site and contact them directly.
I'm writing another review after previously sharing a negative experience, as the company reached out to me long after the issue occurred, asking me to revise my review positively. I was enrolled in a membership without my consent for content I only intended to access during a free trial. After realizing this, I canceled my membership on their website without even accessing any materials, which are easily found through a quick online search. The monthly fee of $40 for such content targeting stressed individuals is outrageous. Five days after canceling, I was unexpectedly charged $39.99 again without any email confirmation explaining the charge. I had to contact customer support myself, and they merely offered a 50% refund. This was their error, and I shouldn't have been charged at all. I had to exchange messages about ten times, expressing my frustration and demanding a full refund before they finally complied. Initially, they offered a 75% refund as a 'courtesy' before issuing the full refund only after I insisted again. It's been two days since the charge occurred, and the amount has yet to return to my account. They claim it's my bank's fault, but I know charges can be reversed while pending, especially shortly after they occur. They did not resolve my issue or provide any assistance; they merely rectified a mistake they made. Furthermore, it feels like all customer service representatives are AI bots, as the images appear fake and their responses are identical. This seems to be a deceptive business model aimed at exploiting vulnerable individuals for their money. Many others have reported being pressured to change their reviews, reinforcing my concerns. Asking someone to amend their review after the fact is unethical, especially when the original problem should never have happened. They also refuse to take responsibility, blaming me for not reading the subscription terms, which I never received since I didn't sign up for a subscription.
