Exercices provided are average. Not terrible, but not enlightening either. When you buy the program, it is not clear at all that this service is subscription based. You start thinking it's going to be a one off fee of $19,99 USD, then 30 days later you are charged for $39,99 for the month and even if you cancell a few minutes after being charged, they won't refund you in full (they refunded 50% of the payment).
