I wouldn't use this company again! I felt misled and overcharged. If you reach out directly to training companies, you can save money and get the right advice. I requested to file a complaint after facing issues with scheduling and training, but I only received emails asking me to type my concerns instead of a call. Ultimately, my complaint was ignored. Their response included false information regarding what I was told. I was only given partial information and ended up paying for a rigid license when I actually needed an artic! A frustrating experience, and I won't deal with them again or recommend them. Go directly to your training company instead of these middlemen.
