The instructors at the location were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything clearly and providing practical tips that made a significant difference during the test. The training vehicles were well-maintained, and the sessions were structured in a way that built my confidence step by step. Thanks to their guidance, I’m truly grateful for their dedication and expertise.
I initially signed up with this service after a pleasant conversation with their representative, who seemed very friendly and supportive. It gave me hope that they would assist me throughout the entire LGV/HGV training journey. However, after I made the payment, the situation changed drastically. This service essentially acts as an intermediary—they collect your money and then merely forward your information to an external driving school. After that, I received no follow-up, no assistance, no guidance, and no communication. It felt as though they had vanished, leaving me to handle everything by myself. If you are genuinely looking to obtain your HGV or Class 1 licence, I highly advise going directly to a legitimate driving school instead of using this service. You'll save money and spare yourself the frustration of being neglected after payment. Regrettably, my experience showed that once they got my payment, their concern completely disappeared.

He delivered and organized my theory and practical tests ahead of the deadline. Communication was excellent through calls, messages, and emails, and they always responded promptly. 5 stars!
I just passed my driving test today! A huge thank you to my instructor and his team for their tremendous support throughout the process and paperwork. My driving instructor was exceptional! I passed everything on the first attempt, except for hazard perception. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in getting on lorries!

I wouldn't use this company again! I felt misled and overcharged. If you reach out directly to training companies, you can save money and get the right advice. I requested to file a complaint after facing issues with scheduling and training, but I only received emails asking me to type my concerns instead of a call. Ultimately, my complaint was ignored. Their response included false information regarding what I was told. I was only given partial information and ended up paying for a rigid license when I actually needed an artic! A frustrating experience, and I won't deal with them again or recommend them. Go directly to your training company instead of these middlemen.
