It gave me hope that they would assist me throughout the entire LGV/HGV training journey. However, after I made the payment, the situation changed drastically. This service essentially acts as an intermediary—they collect your money and then merely forward your information to an external driving school. After that, I received no follow-up, no assistance, no guidance, and no communication. It felt as though they had vanished, leaving me to handle everything by myself. If you are genuinely looking to obtain your HGV or Class 1 licence, I highly advise going directly to a legitimate driving school instead of using this service. You'll save money and spare yourself the frustration of being neglected after payment. Regrettably, my experience showed that once they got my payment, their concern completely disappeared.
