I’ve had several world class coaches in Olympic Weightlifting . The Lifting Zone has been the best. What sets them apart is threefold. First, they really truly care. You never feel like a number. You feel like you are part of a family (the community is awesome!). Second, the technical calls and all the in depth feedback you get are at another level. If they give you a fix and it doesn’t stick, they’ll find a better way to explain it until it sticks. Lastly, Sonny really strives to deliver as much value as possible.
