My experience with TLZ has been superlative. I came into the program having spent several months of trying to teach myself the olympic lifts via YouTube and such. A lot of guess work was going into my workouts and I knew I wasn't tapping into my potential for lack of direction. I decided to cut out the guesswork and tap into the world class knowledge and experience of the team at TLZ. The coaches at TLZ analyzed my lifts and offered a wealth of feedback right away, but, crucially, narrowed it down to just one or two key things for me to focus on in each of the sessions in the program they tailored to me. In my initial 12 weeks I put 25kg on my snatch, 15kg on my clean and jerk and 10kg on my squats. My progress was fueled by the support of both the coaching team and the community at TLZ. Since finishing that program I signed up for another year!
