I had an excellent experience with the customer service team, Francesca. From the moment I reached out, she was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. The representative I interacted with was courteous, patient, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue.What impressed me most was her clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled to my satisfaction. It’s rare to find such attentive and efficient support these days, and it made a big difference.Highly recommend her customer service, top-notch in every way!

Customer Service is Lacking

Customer Service is Lacking. Wrote to them asking about replacing LED device controller. They said they would get back to me. Still waiting and unable to use my mask. Poor experience.

Dreadful quality

These masks are of dreadful quality and not worth even the fraction of their cost. My second one died, again, just outside its warranty. Have switched to Currentbody mask which seems superior both in effectiveness and quality.

This is a very low-quality product

This is a very low-quality product. It broke after just a few months. Then my husband fixed it—the cable broke, but eventually, the mast broke repeatedly. It's cheaply made, with a huge markup. It's not worth the money and doesn't last with basic handling. One probably needs to treat it with velvet gloves or not touch it at all, and it might last a little longer.

Will not replace on warranty after less than 1 year

I have had a very similar experience to the review below..I purchased a boost led light mask 2 years ago and it broke, so last February I was sent a new one. 11 months later this one has stopped working and the actual wires have snapped. Customer service are saying it is not covered under warranty and I should buy a new one!For nearly £400 the mask should last longer than 11 months?! I will be buying from another brand such as omnilux or current body, very disappointed.

Terrible customer service AVOID

I have had the opposite experience from the last experience, and I do not recommend this company. My mask, after just two years, has stopped working, ridiculous for such an expensive item. They refused to fix it or rectify the situation, and only offered me to BUY a replacement charger!!! never again, I will purchase my new LED mask elsewhere, avoid at all costs terrible customer service

I cannot commend this company enough

I cannot commend this company enough. When my LED mask developed a fault I was immediately offered a replacement without a quibble. In an age when one cannot get through to a real person, Francesca of Customer Services replied instantly and was charmingly efficient.
