Ordered a product from their website. Received a voicemail the following day saying they did not have the item in stock but I could have a similar item which costs a bit more or a refund. I sent an email back because it was on a Sunday and said please could I have a refund. After a couple of days I resent the email asking if they could confirm the refund was being processed. No response so I phoned them up, no answer diverted to voicemail, left a message asking about my refund. Nothing back after a week so I will ask my credit card to refund the money. Similar feedback on this company gives me a reason not to be their customer
