I placed an order but received no product. I reached out through email, messenger, and live chat, but got no replies. When I called, the phone message indicated technical issues and suggested emailing or using live chat. It’s frustrating! It feels like they’re just taking your money without delivering anything.
As others have mentioned, this company appears to be a scam! Nothing was delivered a month after I placed my order, their phone lines are down, customer service chat is unresponsive, and I received no reply to my emails. Now I have to file a dispute with PayPal for a refund! Don't trust the positive reviews; they may also be fake!
