This is my second time with the little audio company. It was after quite a long-long time and I noticed there were a few changes to the company such as the website, store, options for online orders etc. However, I found out there was something that did not change; their same old excellent customer service that I had experienced during my first interaction. Once again, I was met with valuable advice, good suggestions and options, and mainly great amount of patience to allow me time to decide without rush and answering so many questions. This time, I was looking for a subwoofer and what really amazed me was that we had a lot of discussion and rather than selling me the one that was readily in stock, David as per his usual process of understanding the exact requirement, suggested a couple of options even though one of them was not in stock at the time. Without the worry of losing on his sale, he suggested the right option out of those short-listed options that would be the closest match for me. It also helped me to stay within my budget. The simple but great thing is when presenting advice/ suggestions, he also remains very transparent about each option and then lets you pick what suits the best.Overall, it was a pleasure to be back and thank you to David at the little audio company once again to put together the item(s) I was looking for. By the way, a big thanks for checking on the exact colour option when it was not clear if those colour options were going to be made available by the company itself. That too when I was just a small customer with a small order. It was very satisfying. Happy customer and highly recommend this little DAC (distinguished) audio company.
