I recently purchased a perlisten set of S5m speakers and stands from the little audio company I have bought alot of hifi in the past 3 yrs but never experienced the joy and pleasure of a stress free purchase, David was brilliant from the first phone call he helped me step by step and everything he said he would do actually happened brilliant I highly recommend the little audio shop truthful honest and 100% reliable I will definitely buy again I am so glad I found this business a brilliant company David many thanks and let's get the next deal over the line I am one happy customer if I could give you 10 stars I really would

This is my second time with the little audio company. It was after quite a long-long time and I noticed there were a few changes to the company such as the website, store, options for online orders etc. However, I found out there was something that did not change; their same old excellent customer service that I had experienced during my first interaction. Once again, I was met with valuable advice, good suggestions and options, and mainly great amount of patience to allow me time to decide without rush and answering so many questions. This time, I was looking for a subwoofer and what really amazed me was that we had a lot of discussion and rather than selling me the one that was readily in stock, David as per his usual process of understanding the exact requirement, suggested a couple of options even though one of them was not in stock at the time. Without the worry of losing on his sale, he suggested the right option out of those short-listed options that would be the closest match for me. It also helped me to stay within my budget. The simple but great thing is when presenting advice/ suggestions, he also remains very transparent about each option and then lets you pick what suits the best.Overall, it was a pleasure to be back and thank you to David at the little audio company once again to put together the item(s) I was looking for. By the way, a big thanks for checking on the exact colour option when it was not clear if those colour options were going to be made available by the company itself. That too when I was just a small customer with a small order. It was very satisfying. Happy customer and highly recommend this little DAC (distinguished) audio company.
Just purchased a Gold Note CD player from David who was very helpful and knowledgeable all the way through the transaction. I can highly recommend The Littke Audio Company. Not after a quick sale but really makes an effort to help you come to the right decision. Will definitely buy again.
Had a wonderful experience today. Hubby wanted a new amp and speakers and we have spent a lot of hours listening and comparing. Spent 3 hours here today and nothing was too much trouble for David. His knowledge, patience and professionalism was second to none. Swapping amps and speakers on request, never hurrying us but giving space and time to decide. Auditioned Hegel and Exposure Amps and Fyne and Amphion speakers. David needed a lot of patience as hubby was going back and forth tying to decide, but his professionalism showed through and I now have a very happy husband and a Hegel amp and Amphion Argon 1 speakers. Also got cups of tea which was a win for me. Overall one of the best experiences we have had through this journey. Something tells me we will be back again soon.
Had visited 3 other hi-fi dealers in my quest for speaker upgrade. David Falkner gave unbiased information and was clearly very knowledgeable about the products that he sells. He was very friendly throughout and applied no pressure to gain the sale. Having decided on Amphion Argon 3s speakers I also decided to buy stands from him. He spent time researching the best ones for the speakers and I settled on Custom Design KR20's. David put them together when they arrived.I have waited 3 months before writing this review to give the speakers time to bed in. I can only say that they meet all expectations. Very happy customer.
Purchased a pair of Perlisten R5Ts off of David at a very very competitive price.David wad friendly and informative throughout, and the products arrived in fantastic condition; tbh they look brand new.Would 100% use David at The Little Audio Company again in the future.Jack
Was looking for a Hegel Pre/Power/streaming amp to match my Harbeth speakers, David the owner set me up the H600 in his demo room, Dem room is very comfortable and accommodating, David is a very friendly knowledgeable chap and led me to purchase the Hegel H600, delivery to my home a few days later, earlier than expected, looking forward to next purchase here..
