In December, I purchased a Gaston Luca bag, which I was unfortunate enough to get dirty. Despite it being advertised as 'waterproof,' when I hand-washed it with 25-degree water, the seams started to come apart. I reached out to the customer service team to explain my issue, but they dismissed it as 'user damage.' I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this brand or its retailers to anyone.
