Disappointed with the shoes and support

I purchased shoes from the platform, and after just one wear, the fur flattened, causing them to slip off my heel. The support team was unhelpful, providing me with irrelevant advice about sizing (which I had already addressed by trying multiple sizes) before completely ignoring my concerns. While I know fur can flatten with use, it's frustrating that this happened after only one wear. I won't be buying from this platform again due to their poor problem-solving skills.

Very disappointed with service.

I am quite disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas, but they were returned due to an incomplete address. When I contacted the postal service, I learned that only the postal code was provided. The customer service was unhelpful, only offering a refund while the item is now out of stock. They refused to resend the package, leaving me with a disappointed child. Frustratingly, the error was theirs.
