My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. They sent the wrong item, which was a lower-quality model than what I ordered, and it was missing all the accessories intended as gifts (a kids' tablet and its accessories for Christmas). I reached out for an exchange, which I would have gladly accepted, but nothing was done. After requesting a refund, I sent over 40 emails, and more than a month later, I still haven't received it. I returned the item to their returns center in Italy, which cost me £18, but they refused to accept it, and now it’s being sent back to me without a refund. Overall, this service has been incredibly frustrating. I spent £100 in total, including the return shipping to Italy. Their only response has been to delay and offer discount vouchers for future purchases. I am determined to pursue my refund and have kept all documentation, which I recommend anyone else do as well. This service doesn't even deserve one star. It's been a terrible, stressful, and prolonged ordeal, and I will never make a purchase here again. I strongly advise others to steer clear!
