A terrible experience. I ordered two Miniscopes and one month later received one. This one did not work. I wrote the company 6 separate times and never heard back. I called and left messages multiple times and never heard back. I initiate a dispute with my credit card company and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This response has been terrible.

Extremely disappointing experience with this service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. A faulty toy was sent to me, and my refund request went unaddressed. The provided contact information does not seem to lead to a physical location in the country, and I received no replies after submitting a formal return request. The product seems to have been shipped from abroad. Given my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this service.

Avoid this company at all costs! Selling counterfeit products.

I would give this a zero star if possible. Please steer clear of this company! They provide counterfeit items that are impossible to return. They ship from China but require returns to Italy using an expensive tracked service! I lost £80 on a fake AI teddy bear that arrived wrapped in cling film and lacking all the advertised features.

Received the wrong product and missing parts

They delivered a generic version instead of the product we ordered, which was entirely different. Additionally, the item lacked essential components, making it unusable. I also opted for expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days, but it took 14 days instead.

Very disappointed with the service.

Did not receive my order on time. I’ve been in communication with the support team, and after asking for a refund, I can no longer access their emails or the website. I will be disputing the charge. I strongly advise against placing an order.

I strongly advise against using this site. Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews featured on their platform. This site is a scam—prices are exorbitant, quality is subpar, and the advertising is deceptive. Shipping is extremely slow, with no proper updates provided.

Awful experience with the service

My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. They sent the wrong item, which was a lower-quality model than what I ordered, and it was missing all the accessories intended as gifts (a kids' tablet and its accessories for Christmas). I reached out for an exchange, which I would have gladly accepted, but nothing was done. After requesting a refund, I sent over 40 emails, and more than a month later, I still haven't received it. I returned the item to their returns center in Italy, which cost me £18, but they refused to accept it, and now it’s being sent back to me without a refund. Overall, this service has been incredibly frustrating. I spent £100 in total, including the return shipping to Italy. Their only response has been to delay and offer discount vouchers for future purchases. I am determined to pursue my refund and have kept all documentation, which I recommend anyone else do as well. This service doesn't even deserve one star. It's been a terrible, stressful, and prolonged ordeal, and I will never make a purchase here again. I strongly advise others to steer clear!

Caution: Currency Confusion with Orders

This is not an Australian company! Exercise caution when ordering toys, as the prices are listed in US dollars instead of Australian dollars! They offer great products, but there’s no clear indication that the pricing is in US dollars! My total ended up being double the expected amount on my credit card! The support team was helpful in providing a discount, but I would have reconsidered my purchase if I had known!
