They sent me a broken beatboxing toy. They asked for videos of device and received and still have not provided a solution. Ive been trying to communicate with them since dec 27, 2025 and everytime i email them, their email is miraculously disconnected!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER. THEY ARE FRAUDULANT!
