Tried the app which looked good but due to low moods and adhd i couldent stick with it and diddent find it helped enough for me personally. Forgot to unsubscribe then found a large payment came out the next month. Emailed customer support immediatly to ask for a refund and within 5 minuets they had emailed back to refund the money.
