Review Time
I have just started and to be honest i dont know what i am supposed to be doing or feeling yet, the initial task of "washing dishes" or "clearing up clothing" Etc feels a bit obvious. I hope this improves as i go on.
Taking money without authorisation! I looked into it last May but I’ve never logged in or subscribed to anything yet somehow they’re suddenly started taking money, so far they’ve taken nearly a year of payments of £49.99 over the last under the names inner-theliven.com and SA_INNER-TH for £49.99 totalling £600!!
I signed up for a 1 month period and thought it was just this...a 1 month period. I purchased this at a discounted rate and thought I'd see how I liked the program (it was cheap so I thought why not!). At no stage did I receive an invoice for my purchase. I was then surprised when I had $49.99 come out of my bank account. There was no email again about the transaction, no heads up that it was coming...nothing! (if there was, I would have cancelled). There is zero transparency. It feels like you are taking advantage of people that are already not in a good headspace. I had an automatic email response about my concerns but no follow-up communication on my request for a refund. Very disappointing 😞
I like the feeling that I may just have found a way to help overcome my self-destructive behaviour without having to travel a 100 mile round trip regardless of health or weather conditions to visit a psychologist each week, which I've just put on pause for a couple of months as the idea of the sessions was causing me more stress than the appointments were helping.
I did a free trial, and cancelled before it ran out. I just checked my bank account and two transactions came out, one for $49.99 and $11.99 on top of that an international transaction fee!!
I’ve reached out, and I received an immediate response that I would get a refund, but this shouldn’t happen in the first place!
I allegedly tried a free subscription which I can assure you I never registered for. I never received ANYTHING from this company and all of a sudden I was charged for it via paypal late last night. I just so happen to be awake and emailed immediately and sent the screenshot of how quickly I reached out. I had never even heard about this company prior to last night when I was charged.
They refused to refund me despite the fact that I have 0 clue what this company even does. I never even use my paypal and never ever purchase apps. This company is nothing but a scam. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
Tried the app which looked good but due to low moods and adhd i couldent stick with it and diddent find it helped enough for me personally. Forgot to unsubscribe then found a large payment came out the next month. Emailed customer support immediatly to ask for a refund and within 5 minuets they had emailed back to refund the money. Fantastic customer support.

Our reason for this recent communique, is mostly my fault, I was keen to participate but didn't take time to process all, including conversion rates which are high, enough to check budgeting etc Thank you Ella, I do have some correspondence to start, but, I just cannot handle the pace atm...... :)
I paid £15 for a 4 week trial.
Answered all the questions to be then asked for 7.99 a week to continue. That’s surely fraudulent to not admit upfront that you don’t actually get anything useful for your £15!!
