This company earned every bit of this review. The customer service was useless, slow, and seemed genuinely uninterested in helping with anything. When the product finally showed up, it looked like someone folded it in half for fun before shipping it. Bent, warped, and honestly embarrassing to even look at.To make matters worse, the flavor was a complete disaster. All I could taste was citric acid and fake sugar overwhelming everything else. Whatever it was supposed to taste like never made an appearance.Between the awful support, the destroyed product, and the terrible flavor, this was a total waste of money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
