Excellent experience from initial survey through to installation. The work completed included removal/replacement of old insulation, boarding of a large area of the loft and installation of new loft hatch and ladders. Job took a little longer than originally planned, but all work completed to a high standard. The installation teams were very polite, hard-working and tidy, and the back-office team friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Some asbestos was found in the loft during the initial survey and the Loft Boys team were able to recommend a local company to deal with the removal. Overall very pleased with the service received and the work completed. Would not hesitate to recommend the Loft Boys.
