I found the Loft Boys team great to work with - they were friendly, helpful and professional. The team arrived on time and left everything immaculately tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to come back and remediate a couple of minor snagging issues. The office team were also very friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to interact with. Would highly recommend.
The Loft Boys were incredibly clear about the process from survey to completion. Pricing structure clearly laid out. The installation team were punctual, polite and extremely tidy. The overall job was conducted in an extremely professional manner. Looking forward to filling my loft up with nonsense!

The guys who came to do the fitting did a great job (I had insulation & some boarding). They made sure they protected all carpets and furniture and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent experience from initial survey through to installation. The work completed included removal/replacement of old insulation, boarding of a large area of the loft and installation of new loft hatch and ladders. Job took a little longer than originally planned, but all work completed to a high standard. The installation teams were very polite, hard-working and tidy, and the back-office team friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Some asbestos was found in the loft during the initial survey and the Loft Boys team were able to recommend a local company to deal with the removal. Overall very pleased with the service received and the work completed. Would not hesitate to recommend the Loft Boys.
Recently the Loft Boys carried out the following, loft boarding, electric light installation and access ladder. This was done in a very timely and professional manner by two very capable and experienced fitters. They completed the work to a high quality finish and were very polite and ensured all the area’s were protected and removed all the rubbish and tidied up after completion. I would highly recommend the Loft Boys, from start to finish the communication was excellent from enquiry to completion! Thank you Loft Boys!
