London Clinics are not imposing any standards of care on its doctors, allowing mall practice. That is why the medical services of the doctors working at this clinic is so bad. Better go abroad.
A completely stress-free experience. From the moment I entered the designated wing, it was a seamless process that began with a dedicated concierge who escorted me to my room. An attentive nurse then came in to check some parameters. Following that, a butler arrived to take my room service order and inquired about my dinner preferences from a lengthy menu. Highly skilled consultants (anesthetist and surgeon) came in to brief me before the procedure, ensuring I reconfirmed the main objectives and risks associated with the surgery. I felt confident knowing I was in capable hands. The post-operative care was exceptional; the surgeon called me the day after to discuss recovery and next steps. One minor oversight was that some medication from the pharmacy was unavailable for take-home as it closed early on Saturday.

I visited recently for a procedure and was thoroughly impressed by everyone I met. Such professionalism, kindness, and support ... Special thanks to a particular staff member for making me feel at ease — he has a wonderful bedside manner and made the entire experience very positive.
Once discharged, I faced several challenges: i) the switchboard kept hanging up, ii) the clinic wouldn’t reissue my prescription without me returning in person during a tube strike, iii) a nurse ignored my messages for two days as my condition worsened, iv) and many other difficulties. Thankfully, my GP came to my rescue and referred me to another facility for recovery after my stay.
I had an ACL and meniscus knee repair, and from the initial consultation to the end of my physiotherapy sessions, I felt I was in excellent hands. Highly recommend my therapist, who helped me recover faster than I anticipated — he also provided great emotional support.
