Order not received for Christmas gift

I placed an order on December 13 for a Christmas gift in Canada, expecting prompt delivery. It's now December 28 and I still haven't received the socks. The tracking hasn't been updated, and it seems the package is still in the UK after 15 days. The seller provided the same ineffective tracking information last week and has been unhelpful. I've sent two additional messages without any response. The customer service is disappointing. I intend to request a refund as soon as I manage to reach them. I recommend avoiding this shop for international orders.
