I ordered a gift on December 13 for Christmas delivery in Canada, expecting fast shipping. Now it's December 28 and the socks have not arrived. There has been no updated tracking information, and the parcel seems to still be in the UK after 15 days. The seller provided the same unhelpful tracking details last week and has not offered assistance. I've sent two more messages but have not received any response. The customer service has been very poor. I plan to request a refund as soon as I can make contact. I advise against ordering from this shop internationally.
My experience was quite disappointing! I ordered two items on December 3 and haven't heard anything since. Upon checking the order, I found out they failed to hand it over to the delivery courier, and two weeks later, there was no follow-up from them. When I reached out about the delay, they offered to refund or send the items now, but later notified me that the products were sold out. They did little to honor my order over newer ones, which is very poor. Mistakes happen, but how businesses respond is crucial. Overall, the lack of proactive action and customer service means I would avoid them in the future.

I ordered on December 4, shipped out on December 6, and received my package in Singapore by December 14. Not too long considering it ships from the UK. A FedEx tracking number was provided for easy tracking (the final delivery was handled by another service). However, it would be great if smaller sizes were available for all designs, especially the alcohol-themed ones, as we girls love them too!
These socks are fantastic! They feature fun designs and excellent quality. The attention to detail is impressive. I purchased them as a gift, and they arrived well-packaged in a lovely gift box and on time. I would definitely recommend them.
