My experience was quite disappointing! I ordered two items on December 3 and haven't heard anything since. Upon checking the order, I found out they failed to hand it over to the delivery courier, and two weeks later, there was no follow-up from them. When I reached out about the delay, they offered to refund or send the items now, but later notified me that the products were sold out. They did little to honor my order over newer ones, which is very poor. Mistakes happen, but how businesses respond is crucial. Overall, the lack of proactive action and customer service means I would avoid them in the future.
