I ordered a gift on December 13 for Christmas delivery in Canada, expecting fast shipping. Now it's December 28 and the socks have not arrived. There has been no updated tracking information, and the parcel seems to still be in the UK after 15 days. The seller provided the same unhelpful tracking details last week and has not offered assistance. I've sent two more messages but have not received any response. The customer service has been very poor. I plan to request a refund as soon as I can make contact. I advise against ordering from this shop internationally.
