First two weeks

First two weeks of taking the longevity complete:- focus has improved- don't feel the need for preworkout before training American football or weightlifting (I train 4x a week now) I used to take 1,5 to 2 dosis per training which messed up my sleep- most importantly, my recovery is going good, no need for extra sups- got used to the taste, I just down it haha - my sleep is also good

I was a bit skeptical, but it changed my life

I was initially skeptical, but this supplement has changed my life.I live a busy life, I forget to take any other supplements, and end up with too many different pills in my kitchen cupboard. However, drinking all the vitamins makes it so much easier; I throw it in my Camelbak and drink it on the go. It changed completely how my skin looks, it's glowy and healthy, same for my hair and nails. Besides that, energy levels are off the charts. highly recommend, also the flavour is súper.
