I was on my second bottle and ordered my third half way though the second bottle. I feel like they work but the shipping sucks. I ordered my third bottle Feb 16th and it is now March 4th and I have yet to receive them. So for that I am giving 3 stars.

I ordered a bottle, didn't know. I subscribed however, I got through my first bottle. Helped libido a little.Was sent to notice that I was getting a second bottle. Decided at that time to cancel. My subscription was told it's 2 months automatically. I said great. Then I want my second bottle. Never got my 2nd bottle month later. They finally said that they're gonna give me A. Refund for the bottle that I never got due to the fact that they're out of stock. Pretty disheartening. Was hoping it would help my situation

However, the company's automatic subscription policy, despite not being clearly agreed upon, raises concerns. The absence of a customer service phone number hinders effective communication. Upon receiving an unexpected shipment of three more bottles, I contacted Support Service and was informed that I had opted for a subscription. When I asked them to show me the subscription agreement, they failed to provide it. Their policy demands a minimum commitment of two billing cycles before cancellation, which seems unfair and financially driven. This experience highlights the importance of understanding a company's policies before making a purchase.
