I have been a loyal customer of Sunnamusk for a long time and regularly purchase their perfume oils, including using one as my signature scent. I have also previously bought the smaller oil bottles as gifts.
On Friday 20th February 2026 at approximately 1:10pm (just after Jumu’ah), I visited the Whitechapel branch and politely asked a staff member when the smaller oil bottles had been discontinued.
Instead of receiving a simple explanation, the male staff member (approximately 40–45 years old) responded in a dismissive and confrontational manner. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was directly accused of providing false information.
As a long-standing customer, being accused of dishonesty in a retail environment was both surprising and humiliating. I am able to provide invoices for my previous purchases if required.
Despite this treatment, I chose not to argue and remained calm. I even proceeded to purchase an oil without further discussion. However, customers should not feel disrespected for asking a straightforward question.
I hope the company investigates this matter seriously and ensures higher standards of professionalism and customer service at this branch.
My daughter purchased Sunnamusk Forever at Merry Hill shopping Centre for me and to be honest I was like" Who are they' as I'm a massive fan (wearer)of Initio Side- Effect/ Amouage etc I wasn't holding out for much! But boy was I wrong.
This juice bumps and last literally Forever ....see what I did there, but seriously if you're on the market for a not to intensely fermented Oud, but a fruity nice acceptable oud I would highly recommend SunnaMusk Forever.
They offer some of the best perfumes I've ever encountered, with others that smell just as luxurious and authentic. However, the longevity and strength on fabrics didn't meet my expectations. While the oils are lovely, I anticipated a more lasting fragrance. Reapplication of both the oil and perfume is necessary, but given their price, I hesitate to use too much. The service in the area was outstanding; the seller provided helpful advice and assisted me in making my selections. The packaging was impressive as well. They even sprayed the entire bag with perfume, and since the bag's material retained the scent, my room and closet smelled amazing for three days. I even carried the fragrance home just from the bag, which is why I expected it to last longer on clothing.
The representative who assisted me was incredibly helpful when I struggled to recall the name of the scent I had seen in an email. I described it to her, and she immediately identified the right one. She provided me with a tester, which made me eager to make a purchase. This positive experience even motivated me to buy another scent for my wife as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and let you try different fragrances, making it easy to choose your favorites. If budget allowed, I would buy them all. The only downside was the Amber Rose gift set being unavailable, clearly showing its popularity.
I was warmly welcomed and engaged in friendly conversation upon entering the establishment. I was guided through the impressive range of products, all of which were fantastic! The staff assisting me were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this business for luxury fragrances and a great customer experience.
