There are some nice products, and the staff were quite helpful before I made my purchase (though not entirely accurate regarding basin thickness). However, the delivery cost is quite high compared to other retailers. The basin arrived with minor damage (not from delivery). I emailed with a photo, but they requested additional photos with coins for scale, which became quite a hassle. I inquired multiple times about polishing out the damage, but received no response.
