An impressive bath accessory with a distinctive style. I'm really fond of how it appears 😁 One thing to consider is the thickness and slope of the bathtub rim. Even though my bathtub meets the specified thickness, the curve made it quite challenging to secure the tray at the right angle. However, everything is great, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
There are some nice products, and the staff were quite helpful before I made my purchase (though not entirely accurate regarding basin thickness). However, the delivery cost is quite high compared to other retailers. The basin arrived with minor damage (not from delivery). I emailed with a photo, but they requested additional photos with coins for scale, which became quite a hassle. I inquired multiple times about polishing out the damage, but received no response.
This is the second time I've purchased a stone resin shower tray from a luxury service. Once again, I received first-class service, an excellent product delivered on schedule, and very well packaged. The shower tray is now installed and looks fantastic. Highly recommend this service and its products.
