I ordered a repeat set of goggles from TheMagic5 after having a great experience with my first 2 pairs. Unfortunately i paid £131.50 for a bundle and some anti fog spray on the 12th Oct 2024 - nearly 2 months on i have had no follow up or response to the contact i made on the help line. This is extremely frustrating and not a good customer experience. I really want the goggles but i can't seem to find a way to get their attention to deal with this quickly. OK so update as of 4th Feb 2025 - i have now received the goggles... HOWEVER i did NOT receive the anti fog spray AND the finish on the goggles is terrible - the plastic edges on the goggles by the nose clip is rough and not finished to a nice quality... in addition to this the nose bridge supplied is too small for my face and the alternative ones are worse - it just don't understand what has happened to this business as the first pair of these i had were really good. ALSO to get the goggle released to me in the UK i had to pay import duty of £40.26 - so now i have paid £171.76 for 3 pairs of goggles that i can't wear - very disappointing PLEASE AVOID making this mistake
