Solid goggles, pretty comfortable. They look super nice. I just have a problem with the design. If you have a tight stream line, the side parts of the goggles will slide forward and the goggles fill with water. I would not recommend using if you are competitively racing. They don’t live up to the hype and there are a lot of better goggles for way cheaper

The product itself is also live to its claim, I tried them on the first time and there is no leak at all, I been looking for perfect fit swimming goggle for the longest time and now I found it!
I purchased two pairs of goggles for a total of $260, which is a significant amount. I expected high quality for both myself and my daughter. However, upon receiving the package, only one pair was included. I've tried reaching out to the company via phone, email, and their Chatbot, but I haven't received any replies, despite automated messages promising a response within 24 hours. It's impossible to talk to a customer service representative during operational hours; I can only leave a message. It's incredibly frustrating to spend a large sum on a product and find myself unable to get help with a major issue regarding my order.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn't a review of the product, as I never actually received it! I placed an order, and after more than a month and at least six attempts to contact their customer support via phone and email, I ended up filing a claim with my bank to get my money back. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It's disappointing that they didn't respond to a customer. I guess I'll never find out how well their product works, and they definitely don't deserve my money again. Additionally, they are not affiliated with the better business bureau.
Extremely disappointing. The nose bridge is falling apart, and it seems you have to use glue to fix it. Even with the app scanning your face, the goggles are pulling on your eyelids. There's no support available (I wouldn't have written this negative review if there was), leaving you to struggle with why you paid for goggles that require glue to stay in place.
The buying and scanning process was straightforward and efficient. Frequent updates kept me informed about my order's status, which was appreciated. The goggles are packaged in a nice case to maintain their quality. I tried the indoor pair for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with them. No problems whatsoever. I can't wait to test the outdoor goggles during my next open water training session.
