I have a narrow face and was getting really bad puffy eyes after swimming as I had to have my goggles quite tight. So I decided to invest in a pair of Magic 5 goggles. They took a while to arrive as I'm in the UK but I was happy to wait and was really excited to try them. Unfortunately they leaked and despite trying different nose pieces and tightness I couldn't quite get them right. I emailed customer service and was sent a new pair (faster than the first). They were PERFECT! They fit with a lose strap and no more leaks. Then the nose piece snapped, but there was a spare the same size in the case and I'm being sent some extra spares too. Despite the issues with the fit I'm still giving a 5 star review for the customer service and willingness to get the goggles 100% right. It really was worth the wait, and the extra cost too.
