Review Time
Ordered two items in mid January 2026 for a wedding in early March 2026. Took 3+ weeks for delivery. Only one of two items were delivered. They didn't believe me when I said I didn't receive the second item, they needed pictures of the packing material. Instead of shipping a replacement right away, they waited over two weeks to ship a replacement (although I haven't gotten tracking information to track; this is just what they told me about the shipped replacement). I will NOT get item two in time for the wedding. And they would not consider refunding my money.
Like others, I feel ripped off as this is a scam. I will definitely be more careful in the future.

This place is a scam. It took over a month for my things to arrive and when they did the quality was awful and nothing fit. To top it off, the return policy is a complete joke. Looks like I won’t get my money back but if I can help anyone avoid this awful company I will.
This is not a legitimate company, they are running a scam. See similar websites listed by TrustPilot and you'll notice patterns. Curiously our recent positive reviewers on this page have also bought from these scam websites! It's the same description every time. Located in China, wayyy undersized and cheaper than cheap TOXIC synthetic garbage, will you get you to pay Premium to return the item. Don't bother. Immediately dispute the charge with your bank.
I was excited to try this store because the clothes looked so stylish online. When my package arrived, the items were decent, but not as soft as I expected. One piece fit perfectly, but another was a bit off. Delivery also took longer than I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’m not sure I’d order again soon.

I am very disappointed with this company’s return process. Although they advertise a 30-day return policy, they refuse to provide a return form for a refund. Instead, they asked my husband to send photos wearing the jacket to see if a different size would work even though we clearly requested a refund, not an exchange.This feels unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, the quality of the jacket is not worth the price. Similar (and better) quality jackets can easily be found on Amazon.I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service and misleading return practices.
